Terms of Service
Richdown & Richdown Web
Effective date: June 1, 2026
1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of Richdown (the iOS app) and Richdown Web (the website at richdown.structworks.dev), together the "Service", provided by StructWorks ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
The Service is a Markdown editor that lets you read and edit files in storage locations you choose and, optionally, in GitHub repositories you authorize. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
3. Your content and responsibility
You retain all rights to the files and content you create or edit ("Your Content"). You are solely responsible for Your Content and for keeping backups. The Service writes to, renames, deletes, and commits files at your direction; these actions can modify or remove data permanently. Please verify changes and maintain your own backups before saving, committing, deleting, or restoring previous versions.
4. GitHub and third-party services
When you use the GitHub integration, you must comply with GitHub's Terms of Service and applicable policies. The integration acts on your behalf using credentials you provide, and we are not responsible for GitHub's availability, content, or actions.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or misuse the Service or connected services.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that no data loss will occur.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StructWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, content, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms and the Service. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

1. 同意
本規約は、StructWorks（以下「当方」）が提供する Richdown（iOS アプリ）および Richdown Web（richdown.structworks.dev のウェブサイト。 総称して「本サービス」）の利用に適用されます。本サービスを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。 同意いただけない場合は、本サービスをご利用にならないでください。
2. 本サービスについて
本サービスは、利用者が選んだ保存先、および任意で認可した GitHub リポジトリ内のファイルを読み書きできる Markdown エディタです。当方は、本サービスを本来の目的で利用するための、個人的・非独占的・譲渡不可・撤回可能な ライセンスを利用者に許諾します。
3. 利用者のコンテンツと責任
利用者が作成・編集したファイルおよびコンテンツ（以下「利用者コンテンツ」）に関する権利はすべて利用者に帰属します。 利用者コンテンツおよびそのバックアップの保持については、利用者が単独で責任を負います。本サービスは、利用者の操作に従って ファイルの書き込み・リネーム・削除・コミットを行い、これらの操作によりデータが恒久的に変更・削除される場合があります。 保存・コミット・削除・過去バージョンの復元を行う前に、変更内容を確認し、ご自身でバックアップを保持してください。
4. GitHub および第三者サービス
GitHub 連携を利用する場合、 GitHub の利用規約 および関連ポリシーを遵守する必要があります。連携は利用者が提供する認証情報を用いて利用者に代わって動作するものであり、 当方は GitHub の可用性・コンテンツ・動作について責任を負いません。
5. 禁止事項
法令違反、第三者の権利侵害、本サービスや連携サービスの妨害・不正利用を目的として本サービスを利用しないことに同意するものとします。
6. 保証の否認
本サービスは「現状有姿」かつ「提供可能な範囲」で提供され、明示・黙示を問わずいかなる保証も行いません。 これには商品性、特定目的への適合性、権利非侵害の保証を含みます。本サービスが中断・エラーなく動作すること、データ損失が 発生しないことを保証するものではありません。
7. 責任の制限
法令で認められる最大限の範囲において、StructWorks は、本サービスの利用または利用不能に起因する間接的・付随的・特別・結果的損害、 およびデータ・コンテンツ・利益の損失について、一切の責任を負いません。
8. 変更
当方は、本規約および本サービスを更新する場合があります。重要な変更は本ページの発効日の更新で示します。 変更後も継続して利用した場合、更新後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
9. 準拠法
本規約は、抵触法の原則にかかわらず、日本法に準拠します。
